I was tired of asking people to repeat what they said. I finally decided to see if something could be done to help me hear better. I saw the ad for the Wadsworth Hearing Center and after Carol ran a battery of hearing tests she assured me that hearing aids would help me. And did they ever!!! I have been smiling ever since. Carol was very professional and worked with me to make sure that I was comfortable with the hearing aids – from putting them on, to recharging them, to changing batteries, and to adjusting the hearing aids for various situations – my favorite is the "outdoor" setting we customized so I could enjoy my fly fishing and hiking more. She always responds quickly to my emails or phone calls. Carol is more than a Hearing Aid Dealer & Fitter, she is my hearing "coach".
